J'S RACING FL5 DUAL COOL RADIATOR

A next-generation intelligent cooling system that manages water and oil temperature in one place.

Through joint development with DAIWA RACING LAB, a new approach with a
built-in water-cooled oil cooler is adopted, which is different from
the conventional "radiator + air-cooled oil cooler" configuration.
This is "DUAL COOL" designed to save space in the engine compartment and improve cooling efficiency.

1. "Water temperature-linked" management that is not easily affected by driving wind

Unlike the air-cooled type, it uses a water-cooled type (built-in)** that uses the water temperature to control the oil temperature.

• Winter: Designed to easily transfer the heat of water temperature to the oil and shorten the warm-up time.
• Summer: It is easy to suppress the rise in oil temperature based on stable water temperature, and supports maintaining conditions even under harsh conditions.

2. Efficient heat exchange with rectangular fins

While conventional round fins contact the tube at a "point", a rectangular (trapezoidal) fin with an extended
contact area is adopted.

• Structure to reduce heat transfer loss by surface contact
• Designed angled louvers efficiently guide the driving wind to cool

3. Heat dissipation brought about by a thin size of 0.05 mm

Tube thickness reduced from 0.3mm to 0.25mm.
The structure shortens the distance between the cooling water and the outside air with a small difference, making it easy to promote heat dissipation.

The weight reduction due to the integrated structure can reduce the weight increase of the front overhang and have a positive effect on
turning performance.

The J'S RACING FL5 demo car has been tested in midsummer at an international circuit to confirm its cooling performance to withstand
attack driving.
